\n\t\t\t\t\tRMUTP Faculty of Home Economics Technology, in collaboration with Dusit District, organized a workshop on the \u201cPrevention and Management of Office Syndrome\u201d for the staff and the general public of the Wat Thewarat Kunchorn Worawiharn community. Divided into two phases. Phase 1 addressed the prevention and management of office syndrome, and Phase 2 focused on risk assessment and symptom management. The aim is to reduce health issues associated with prolonged office work in the same position and promote better physical health. This project received funding from the National Health Security Office of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, Dusit Branch.\nPhase I offered lecture on the anatomy and physiology of the musculoskeletal system and the assessment of sitting posture at work using ROSA method, honored by Assoc. Prof. Amorn Khosidapan, a physical therapist and adjunct lecturer at the Faculty of Health Science and Technology, Navamindradhiraj University, and Dr. Thanyaporn Aranvalai from the department of physiotherapy and Health Rehabilitation, Vajira Hospital.
